The Office of the State Bank Commissioner is offering clinics for those residents with adjustable rate mortgages or those who have fallen behind in their mortgage payments.
The free foreclosure prevention clinics will review Delaware’s timeline and options you may have to save your home, including the new plan for adjustable rate mortgages introduced by Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson. One-on-One sessions will follow the classes.
